Gouache can present a piece which in the reality could not be produced and is a vision of the designer/artist or a piece which can be fully manufactured. Gouache was used for centuries by the Greatest Jewellery Houses.

It was and is used to show:

• designers vision
• communicate with the workshop all the elements of the design
• as well as a complimentary element of the bespoke order
• part of the valuation documents
• help to recreate the design if for any reason the original piece is not existing any more
